Meet The Owner
Seth Garret is the founder and owner of Elite Structures. He started his professional career framing houses back in 1999. During this time he developed a fascination with the construction business. His passion for home design, and craftsmanship led him to start his first company called “Emerald Coast Enclosures” in 2004. However, like many small business owners, the 2008 crash forced him to shut down. He worked as an HVAC technician for a few years after that, but still had a drive for construction. In 2013, he decided to give it one more shot in the enclosure business, and that's how Elite Structures was born. Over 10 years and counting, Seth Garret is the definition of what you’re looking for in a contractor. We are owner operated; so expect to see him at every project working alongside his employees providing you elite Product, Service, and Experience. The foundation of his business is simple: People Helping People.
